About Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient healing art used for pain relief and to treat a multitude of health disorders. It has been used for thousands of years in China and around the world. It is only now that mainstream America has recognized its value for health care. The conservative World Health Organization (WHO) endorses Acupuncture as valid and effective. Sal Amadeo brings this ancient skill to New Haven, CT for the benefit of his clients.

Acupuncture Treatments

This ancient healing art takes many forms around the world, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five-Element Acupuncture, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese styles. From these and other studies with European and American masters, and through many years of practice, Sal has developed his own Acupuncture techniques that he incorporates into his New Haven practice at The Amadeus Center For Health & Healing.

Do I need to have a specific problem to have acupuncture treatments?

No. Acupuncture benefits your entire well-being. Also, you may get an acupuncture treatment to just relax and feel better!

Some conditions treated with Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a complete system of medicine based on differential diagnosis, separate from western medicine (drugs and surgery), therefore it can treat virtually any and all conditions. The best thing to do is to schedule a consultation in our New Haven clinic.
