What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a healing art originating in China 5,000 years
ago. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflex
areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all parts of
the body. Using a compression technique on the specific
points (called reflexes) on the feet and hands, it unblocks
congestion in the corresponding regions of the body.
Reflexology is known to reduce stress, improve circulation as
well as detoxify and help bring the body into balance. Thus it
gently nudges the body towards better functioning.
Reflexologists do not practice medicine in any form. They do
not diagnose nor prescribe medicine. It is a compliment and
not a substitute for medical treatment.

| Originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, Paul Vaydman received his Reflexology training at the Academy of Holistic Heath, Bolton, MA by the President of the Reflexology Association of America, Paul Vaydman is originally from St. Petersburg, Russia. His philosophy in working with clients is thus: "The foot is a mirror of the body. It contains 7,000 nerves, and whenever pain or issues present in the foot it is a signal that something is going on somewhere else in the body or mind." Fascinated with ability to heal the body and mind with hands, Paul Vaydman has had tremendous results with Lower Back Issues , Parkinson’s Disease, Sciatica, Neck Problems, Sinus Problems, Strain Injury and Stress. His clients include health care professionals and well-known celebrities. Paul travels extensively with his work and is available to Amadeus Center clients on a limited basis, with appointments made minimally a week in advance. |

| Treatment Options A session consists of the physical act of applying specfiic pressures using thumb, finger and hand techniques to areas on the feet and/or hands to cause physiological change in the body. We work on the natural, dry foot. It is a wonderful way to feel better and reward the body, mind and spirit! Basic Session-- consists of the physical act of applying specific pressure using thumb, finger and hand techniques to areas on the feet for 60 minutes. $120.00 ---------------------------------- Luxury Session-- Consists of the physical act of applying specific prssures using thumb, finger and hand techniques to areas on the feet and the hands. Includes a foot soak, application of rose oil to feet/hands, and tea therapy (use of ancient organic products of Hildegard Von Bingen). This session lasts for 90-120 minutes $225.00 ---------------------------------- Deluxe Session-- Consists of luxury session of reflexology and iridology (photograph of both eyes and complete analysis of iris for the next visit), conduct survey of a client pertaining to lifestyle: food, nutritional supplements and physical activity.
