Holistic Facial

Look and feel your best with this anti-aging facial. I begin with a myofascial release facial massage, using organic aromatherapy oils. This type of massage, strengthens and tones facials muscles, allowing an increased blood flow and oxygen to the tissues which slows the aging process. Followed next with a cleansing treatment which includes a deep exfoliation and a custom blended detoxification mud masque giving you the ultimate of skin care purification. Now your skin is prepared for a rich hydration and moisturizing treatment (in accordance with your skin type). Swedish Massage

For general relaxation and overall well being.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle (trigger points, muscle fibers, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments).
Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish Massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist uses different techniques to release chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as adhesions). Don’t worry it shouldn't hurt, but it is likely to be a bit more uncomfortable than a classic Swedish massage. So please always feel free to speak up if the pressure is too much for you. This is our most popular massage.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones for added comfort and relaxation.
They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock that absorbs and retains heat well. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. River rocks are normally used. The stones are immersed in water and heated in an electric heating device until they are within a certain temperature range. The massage therapist may hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body. The stones may also be placed at specific points on the back, in the palms of the hand, or between the toes. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired. The warmth of the hot stones improves circulation and calms the nervous system. Some massage therapists place stones on points that are thought to be energy centers of the body to re balance the body and mind. For an exceptionally relaxation experience try Hot Stone Massage.

This type of massage utilizes energy zones on the hands and feet to provide relief for a variety of stress related imbalances in the body.
These zones are triggered when the therapist uses their hands to palpitate and massage tense reflex areas that pertain to particular energy zones related to the entire body.

Acupressure

Acupressure is an ancient natural therapy derived from acupuncture without the use of needles.
Instead of using needles (as with acupuncture), acupressure uses thumb and/or finger pressure to stimulate pressure points. These pressure points are located all over the body and are the same as those used with acupuncture.

Raindrop Therapy

Raindrop therapy is a powerful, non-invasive tool for assisting the body in correcting imbalances and achieving homeostasis. Essential oils are the steam-distilled lifeblood of plants. One drop of an essential oil can be equal to 30 cups of herbal tea. Applied topically, these oils penetrate the skin, enter the blood stream and bring their healing properties within seconds. Raindrop technique is a massage in which a series of 7 specific essential oils are applied along the back and spine and rubbed in through massage to promote circulation, muscle relaxation, tissue healing, spinal alignment and much more. It is called raindrop technique because the oils are dropped like rain along the spine and also massaged into the feet with reflexology in the same session.

Cellulite Reduction

Cellulite Reduction helps reduce unsightly lumps and puckering characteristic of this condition. Using a combination of vacuum therapy, massage and electrostatic lymphatic drainage techniques, water and fat are removed from the cells core which will reduce the appearance of lumps and puckering. The length of time and the degree to which benefits will be derived will vary from individual to individual but can often be determined after one treatment. Typical areas treated are legs, thighs, hips, abdomen, lower back, and upper arms.
